A locker-rental operator runs across 30+ venues, with an estimated 30,000 transactions per month. Customer payments flow through Stripe and Adyen, while tax and convenience-fee information lives in the app database. The books had never been formally closed.

We built a custom pipeline using Fivetran, dbt, and BigQuery to bring together processor and app data. Transactions were tagged to venues and cross-referenced with the tax and fee records.

The process turns detailed activity into reconciled venue-level summaries for the monthly books, with ongoing maintenance and exception review.

The business moved from no formal close to books closed by the 10th, supported by a custom reconciliation pipeline and monthly reporting.
