A creator platform processes hundreds of thousands of pass-through transactions and creator payouts. Payments span Stripe, PayPal, and six affiliate networks. Its close had been landing around day 15, with payment activity that needed a more consistent reconciliation process.

We connected invoice-level Stripe data to the accounting system and built a process to reconcile affiliate payments across all six networks. Differences were reviewed daily, so the team could investigate them before month-end.

We supported the move from Xero to NetSuite through audit preparation and maintained the close process during the transition.
